Physical Examination​

  • Weight = 228 lb

  • Height = 5 ft 5 inches

  • Body mass index = 37.9 kg/m

  • BP = 144/92 mm Hg

  • SpO  = 98% on room air  

 

HEENT: No diplopia, tinnitus; no oropharyngeal swelling; no cervical lymph node enlargement

Skin: No lesions or rashes; no swelling or evidence of impending attack

Respiratory: No wheezing or adventitious sounds

Cardiovascular: Regular rate and rhythm; no adventitious sounds; no murmurs, gallops, or rubs

No symptoms of HAE attack

 

Angioedema Quality of Life (AE-QoL) Questionnaire: Total score = 22

(scores can range from 0 to 100, higher scores reflect worse QoL)

Abdomen: No hepatosplenomegaly or masses, non-tender

Musculoskeletal: Mild joint swelling and stiffness, especially knees and elbows

Extremities: No edema or erythema

 

Gynecological: No bleeding

Neurological: No focal neurologic complaints

Psychiatric: Euthymic
